A good daily maintenance routine within a busy lifestyle can go a long way to the prevention of many illnesses we may develop into old age.  The INDIGENOUS MOVEMENT programme, through a series of online talks, shares a maintenance programme that covers Functional Movements, Breath Work, Massage, and good dietary habits that will allow you to understand how to manage your health.
