Chi Gong Foundation

& Key Functional Movements

An introduction to the practice of Chi Gong and how best to integrate it

into your own exercise routine. You will learn a key set of forms that

give a foundation which you can build on for the future.

These classes cover the essential functional movements and their

relationship to the  Five Organs and the universal Healing Sound.

Suitable for all levels including beginners

Saturdays  at  8.00 - 9.15 am
